1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Writing Planner (writingplanapp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our web application.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain 100% full and unencumbered ownership of all content, novel plots, character notes, scene text, and manuscripts created using Writing Planner. We claim zero rights, licenses, or intellectual property ownership over your work.
3. Local Storage & Data Responsibility
Writing Planner operates as a client-side, local-first application. All data is saved locally within your browser's IndexedDB engine. Because we do not store your data on cloud servers, you are responsible for maintaining backups using the built-in Download Project JSON feature.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Writing Planner only for lawful creative writing and organizational purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer serverless endpoints or inject malicious scripts.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Writing Planner is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
